She was cigarette_noire before, I've got a record on the system, but nobody's mentioned that rule and I don't usually do the awards. As I'm almost finished with the banners and that'd affect a fair few of the winners, I'm not going to hold to that this term!

But say for votes where it's split into part I and part II - if you pick one in each, you can't undo it unless you reload the page. And if you've already submitted the vote, you can't undo the vote, period.
