Well. Guys.

Hogwarts is Home is 5 years old in November

Well, as there was a community before HiH, HogwartsHouses, but, we're HiH and the first post here was this. So I reckon that makes the 12th of November our anniversary!

And it'll be 5 years this november.

So. I think we should have some sort of celebration? Or other events? Ideas and suggestions?

I think a celebration would be awesome. Something that will really signify 5 years of the community. Like people who are awesome at graphics can make banners and sig tags and the like. Maybe a contest or something?

I think we should have a really enormous celebration, to be honest. Like Hogsmeade but different and really unique so that we can do it once every year.

AHA! Excited with ~tildes!! The best way ;D LOL I'm not even sure what to suggest, because all of my ideas start with either "glitter" or "gifs" XD

Random list of subjects:

~Sigtags.
--We could have some sort of sigtag sale to do with it? Or a gift meme, because I love those :P. Or make it a theme in Flourish, so the actual sigtag makers could make tags about it?

~The Past.
--We could do a thing where we vote on what the best acitivites of the comm were, and then bring them back! With the exception of stuff like the Stone hunt, lol. We could get club leaders in on it, so that if anyone nominates an activity that happened in their club, they'd be ready to put it on. \O/

--LOL I just had an image of an activity where you photoshoped beards on all the oldies XD

--Some sort of reminicing post so that everyone could be like "Ohh, remember when Amy was awesome?" And then they'll be like, "Oh yus I DO remember that, d'you remember when Sas was awesome?" And everyone will nod sagely and talk about our awesomeness.

Well I've been thinking about this and I've come up with a plan :D
Since school is catching up with me I don't know if I'll manage to make the yearbook by the end of term, therefor I was thinking to make it by november instead. Instead of making it the yearbook of term XV I'll be of 5 years HiH :) However, I kind of need your advice on how to handle the current layout competition, since it still reflects Term XV and some of the layout suggestions are fun and cool but if chosen I won't make it by november :/ There are only 5 entries which you can see over here (http://community.livejournal.com/bog_claw/3254.html). Should I just give them 20 points and 10 knuts for trying?
