SO. I'm going to present it in the form of a static page with a persons local timezone and UTC highlighted, but thought I'd list all other timezones on it as well.
However, there's a million and one timezone. So, request time:

ALSO, not one from the Others page as they're just legacy features that don't take DST into considertion.
