Recent drama.

New term. New start.

This isn't what we needed. Any of us.

Now, I could address each individual issue the masses of you brought up in the complaints post but I'm not going to. You've all vented. And let me tell you, every single house commented to say they were being treated unfairly. And a lot more commented saying that a few members were antagonising each other and the community was suffering. I agree.

We really need to move on. It's all getting old and stale. It's just the same shit over and over.

Now, to repeat a few things:

1) We cannot control what happens in personal journals.
2) We cannot control what happens in chat.

Several houses will be receiving specific posts addressed to them and so will specific members. I am not going to name names, but we're moving on, remember?

And again:

3) If there are any problems between officials, you come to Steph and I and do not try to work it through yourselves.

I really don't want to see any of it. I could take points away, but, honestly, I'd probably be accused of being biased to the houses that didn't lose points. XD

I'd also like to say:

4) Any problems with officials, come see Steph and I. If you have issues with your prefects, you need to come and see us. The suggestions/complaints post is a good place.

You know, despite the fact that we tend to be on opposite sides of drama, I always end up respecting you quite a bit when we get to the making up part. Do you mind if I friend you? Maybe if we have some better communication channels between people in our houses we can prevent this kind of thing from happening.

Old and stale

I agree and I've been in this community for 2 weeks. I know someone is thinking STFD, n00b... but now as a current member I'd have to say I'd be embarrassed for the new ones being sorted this week to come in and see all this. I think we need to spam HIH main with a bunch of inter-house love and leave this silliness behind us, haha.

I really don't know what's going on, but I'd prefer people who have problems with how I run my communities to come to me so I can further discuss it with them hopefully like grown up adults. Or am I totally out of place here and this is addressing issues that are past the norm?

I'm more referring to prefects that have problems with each other, or a prefect that has a problem with a leader of another community. If it's a member coming to you about an issue with your community and you feel that you can deal with the issue, knock yourself out.
