i have a quetion though... any way we can do away with one application batches on the platform??? My puffs tend to think they are a waste of time LOL But just a question lol no biggie ;)

What about for weeks where there are tons of apps? I became accustomed after a while to just dropping the max of five per day every day to get them over with as soon as possible... I actually started doing that because of this (http://community.livejournal.com/hih_officials/179353.html) conversation with Lorelei, heh. On weeks where there are, say, 6, 11, or 16 apps, doing it this way causes one-app days. I'm... kind of confused. XD What do the Puffs want?

I actually did end up doing the activity test of releasing as many as possible per day vs staggering, and the former garnered more participation from all houses, so I just decided to do it that way from then on. Whaddya think...?

How about making it so that no more than five and no fewer than three go out. Because I agree that one-app batches are a bit of a waste. When there are six, there can be two batches of three. When there are eleven, one batch of five and two of three. When there are sixteen, two of five and two of three. Maybe something like that?

I don't have a problem with 5 apps a day like you have been doing... but idk I thought that if there's the 6, 11, or 16 weeks maybe on the last day just have 6 apps in that batch?? That would save you (from having to think about it LOL) and it would save prefects who update the sorting logs and such (if they have them) and people wouldn't have to remember to sort just one app to get top sorter.

It's really whatever you wanna do hun :P It's your job and you do great at it. It's just an idea :)
