Clubs Mod x 1

Come on! Slytherin prefect is the most important, and Hogsmeade Mayor, we can kinda cope with the current level of Clubs Mods, it'd be sad to see no test contest or debate, and HI, and, well, yeah. Come on guys! Apply!
