Rachel's Challenge

Hello everyone! I know that the drama has gone down a bit around here, but I know that there are still some things going around and I'd like to say something. There are many times when we get into arguments and we later regret it. You don't know what will happen afterward until it does. I would like everyone to go here and watch the video posted there. You never know what a little act of kindness can do. Rachel's Challenge came to my school today and it changed my life. You don't know if you will see or talk to someone for the last time. Unfortunately for Rachel and her brother, they had an argument before she died. The last time he saw Rachel, he said some pretty bad stuff to her. And the next time he saw her, she was in a casket. I would like everyone to try to spread kindness where ever they go. You don't know what someone's home life is like. They could be contemplating suicide for all you know. i would like you to follow these rules:

1.Eliminate Prejudice by looking for the best in others.
2.Dare to Dream-set goals-keep a journal
3.Choose Your Influences-Input determines output
4.Kind Words-small acts of kindness-HUGE impact
5.Start a Chain Reaction with family and friends.

If you spread kindness,you just may start a chain reaction.

I know the thought that the last words I might say to someone I love might be in anger really haunts me. That's why whenever I leave the house, even if I've just gotten in a huge argument with my mom or my fiancee or whoever, I always make sure that the last thing I say is "I love you." You really never know. On that note, I think it is never a good idea to fall asleep in anger. When at all possible I try to resolve my anger with someone before I fall asleep that night. That's the road to peaceful dreams and a good day the next day. ;D

thats how I am with my boyfriend. Even if we aren't talking, we always have to say we love each other anyway. I agree, too, with the not falling asleep angry.
