Has there been a delay approving things for next month? I submitted some routine Insomniac activities for approval about a week and a half ago, and just realized they haven't been approved yet. If you've got stuff going on, no problem, but I've been having computer problems, so I wanted to make sure the requests actually went through.

Do I need to resubmit them? (It was 5 weekly scavenger hunts and Insomniac of the Month, all for August.)

You may have noticed but I'm quite sure insomniacs are System generated activities? If they're not, I'll approve them, but I think they are...?

I've always submitted and had them approved before, but maybe they're system generated now? How would I be able to tell? I don't have them in my manage activities list, but I don't know when automatic activities would drop into the list.

For next month, I know. But I'd already posted one before realizing it hadn't been properly approved yet, so then I started worrying about it. I'm a bit anal about doing it all correctly, so I'm sorry to pester you.

They'd have been marked with 'System' in the thing, you might be right and I've just not added them, if so I'll approve them and sorry. Just really thought insomniacs was one I'd added. Hmmm.

I've been trying to get into the points approval page (from the various links) to submit my points before the deadline (I'm on vacation and although I have internet connectivity they charge me for it). I can enter them tomorrow if I can't get on again today, but due to the time difference (I'm on PDT time until Sunday afternoon) I'm not sure if I can get my points in if the points submitting page is still down).

EDIT:

Okay, I even went to The System Page and logged in. It is telling me that I have one activity in which the points are overdue (I'm confused, I thought I had until the end of the month to sumbit them or the date you put above) and I can't even FIND my Dumbledore's Army activity that you approved earlier in July when I try to do the search for them.

HELP! I want to submit my points, but it seems no matter where I go I cannot. I can e-mail you my points (Already tallied or on the post I did in

hh_clubs last week ) that I have, but I can't seem to find the activity in The System OR be able to reach the points submission page through any of the links.

Thanks for helping me on this! I will check tonight my time again to see if you were able to get back to me on this.

1. The site is not down, I see you can get to the page in your edit, so ok.

2. Points are marked as overdue the day after an activity ends and its points have not yet been submitted. They should not be left to the end of the month, that's just where the deadline is.

3. I can see the activity, it's there, listed:

It's marked as having been approved, but no points submitted. Check the 'activity approved' checkbox on the activities page, and none others. Make sure dates include the whole of July.

There should be no problem in reaching the submit points link through the main site: http://hih.leaky-sponge.com/

There really shouldn't be any problem with the system, it appears the only problem you're having is using the system? I'm not sure what else I can do except maybe screenshot it and write a guide?

There were two problems:

1) The links I was going to for direct entry into the Points Entry in the System were outdated (old hosting website).

2) When I went directly to The System with the NEW URL (from the post where you let everyone know it was being hosted at Leaky Sponge) and tried to get into the "Manage Activities" page I could not "search" for my activities because my filters for activities were set wrong and it wouldn't let me search for JUST activities I had not submitted points for yet (I changed the filters in my profile). Once I did that, I was able to enter the points and that has been done now.

Thanks so much for your help! This was my first time doing this and with the problem with my being on a trip at the end of the month and the issue about whether I HAD to give points for voting (when I didn't specify at the beginning that I would give points for voting) got things complicated there at the end.
