What would you like to accomplish as a member of Hogwarts is Home? Please sign your comment with your name and house.

For me it is to meet new people, participate in more activities. I would like to get to know better other Hihers and not just members of my common room.

I'd really like to somehow get Slytherin super active so I can see them take the House Cup! That's a top priority. I also enjoy meeting new people although it's sometimes difficult for me. I like meeting other people who are immersed in the fandom, it makes me quite happy! :)

Really, I'd like to see Slytherin active, you know? Even back two years ago, when I was in Slytherin under a different username, we were in dead last. It's nice to see the Snakes getting more active. ^^

I'd like to be as active as I can and eventaully get enough experience to be a leader like a mod, club leader, prefect, etc.
I also want to get out there and meet people, make realy good friends, and then get an "End of Term Award." ;0)
I also want to meet more Ravenclaws. I know many Puffs and Gryffs, but have yet to establish a rapport with a claw or two. Anyone want to be friends? I would offer cookies or somthing, but... meh.
I also want the Slytherin house to put up a good fight for the cup!

Well... first, I want to see Ravenclaw win the house cup. This is TOP PRIORITY. XD Yes, I just like seeing my username on shiny cups. RAH RAH RAVENCLAW!!

Though I admit I'm a compulsive points earner, I'm definitely in it for the social aspect. I love all my Ravenclaws, and I'm working on getting to know everyone from the other houses.

My goal right now is to figure out how to keep up with my regular journal and friendlist, without falling behind on my new mod/officials duties. *sigh*

Hmmm..that is a tough one. I first joined out of momentary obsession with Harry Potter (not that I am not obsessed now, just that I go through waves in my obsession and it was a high point). Part of the reason I stick around is due to boredom...I like having something to participate in. I become bored very easily and when I do I like to lose myself in daydreams and fiction, this is someplace I can take an active roll in it.

Part of the reason is because this is the best HP community I have been in. There was only one other I really liked and that went down a long time ago. Not many communities are this well organized.

Well thank you very much for the compliment. I'm actually not cool at all, my husband is very cool, I'm sort of just...uhm...odd...not rich enough to be eccentric...but maybe someday...

I went and friended you as well and although I haven't posted much in my own journal the last couple of weeks, I hope to be more on top of things soon. The business my husband and I run has been extremely busy, but things slow down in the summer as mostly we just do work for current clients as many other small business owners just don't put money into things they don't have to during the summer and they take vacations when they can!

And I only got a brief look at your journal because I was taking a coffee break, but you look like a very interesting person too (and interesting is cool to a Ravenclaw :P) and I'm happy you friended me!

Although when I originally joined it wasn't so much about meeting new people, I really have enjoyed that aspect of HiH and it has been an important part of my experience of the community here.
