Points and knuts.

There might be a delay in knuts going into your vaults due to the diagon mod's recent appointment.

So, what do we think of the speed of the new system?

ETA#3: If there's a header but no points then the activity leader didn't hand the points in, and unless there's a darn good reason the points won't be allowed.

(if it's because a member of staff resigned, then those points will be allowed to be submitted in april by the new leader).

ETA#4: point deductions for late points/not handing them in will be included next month, just because someone hasn't built the functionality in yet, apologies!

The speed is super fabulous and if it means less insanity on your end, even better! The new system is SO much easier than the old way of doing things. :)

The speed is nice, gives people the chance to get the next month running right away. I especially like the activity submission.

Did you intend to add the missing divination points next term or next month? Because at first you said next term and then you said next month (which would have been this month). So, I'm confused...which happens easily!

I thought they'd somehow been missed off the system, but then realised today they'd not been entered into it.

tbh if you get time to enter them it'd be great, if not I'll get around to it before the term ends.

There'd now a nifty edit function on all points, you might be able to edit them, if you can't then I'd appreciate if you provide me with the totals for each week and I'll add them and regenerate the points tomorrow.

Since you're going to be regenerating the points anyway, can I still submit the missing hh_order points/knuts? I calculated them last night, but somehow neglected to enter them. I don't care if you penalize me for forgetting to submit them, I just want to make sure that the Order members get their hard-earned points.

Sure, I'll have to dig up what penalties are again, tho, no personal offense, just has to be done, else everyone wants to enter them late.

We're also missing quite a few points, anything with a header but no points wasn't submitted.

Hey Sas, I just wanted to make sure (as Diagon Mod) that this list of knuts is the official one that I use to make the deposits? I figure that it is, but just to be sure.

Also, while I'm at it, I wanted to ask if it's okay not to penalize those who signed up for vaults but didn't get them yet? (Isn't the rule something about if you don't sign up for a vault, you forefit your knuts?) At least until things are up and running smooth (like the next week or so)? :D

Music Club is showing points as knuts on the Name That Tune activity, so knuts are still going to be off somewhat.

1. Music Club is all screwed up. I got confused and put the points as knuts. Not sure why. =( It's probably because I'm used to submitting the points and my brain was fried after all the counting.

2. We did submit the points for the March Week 1 Top Sorters...but I don't know where they went. It should be 390 points.

I'm not good with this new system. It confuses me.
