Points Reminder!!

Reminder to every official that ALL points for January and February must be handed into the new online system by 10pm GMT Saturday 1st of March. (5pm, EST?)

That's the new online system, January AND February points, old points posts are invalid. It's the responsibility of each official/club leader to make sure their points for JAN and FEB are in the system.

Any problems, reply here, come see me, for reals. ALL points.

do you think that it's possible we could have until 5pm GMT on Sunday in that case? i don't have time during the week anymore to enter things - school & work are taking up all my energy and having them due at noon on a saturday means that i'll have to get up early on saturday morning and get straight to work on points. i'd love to be able to enjoy my morning a little :) just a thought. it won't be an issue next month - but for me that's a whole lotta points to post. just lemme know & thanks!

awesome. while i was in the shower i did the math and realized that without sortedchallenge i'll have to enter 18 sets of points for the two months (just between shutterbug and insomniacs) and then another 7-8 sets if i wind up doing all of sorted. *runs away and hides*

Hey Sas, I just tried to re-submit my January Text Contest points twice and I got an error both times.

Don't know if it helps but here's the error:

Error: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '111, 0)' at line 2

Just let me know when I can try again :O)

There's a problem with the point resubmissions: it doesn't seem to delete the previous wrong submissions. I commented on the old hih_officials post about this. :)

I also won't be around just before 10PM later in the evening (which is actually 6AM tomorrow morning, by my watch) to resubmit just in case you decide to delete the previous ones, so am I doomed? Lol.

Also, I realized that I can't submit the debate points since noldoparma of Gryffindor isn't on the list.

Will I be penalized for not being able to submit points because of this?

There will be no penalties if there are some problems with the site that stop you!

Though I still can't submit points since noldoparma of Gryffindor still isn't showing up.

I suggest that there should be a backup for cases like these? I'm not sure how, but it's a thought. XD
