Sorry I can't find your vault at all. #23 and #25 are already taken by someone. I've even checked my previous month's record and you aren't on the list as well.

Hmmm, you should have a vault since you have previously bought stuff...
Perhaps you'll like a new vault? Do you have an estimate of your knuts in your previous vault?

It appears that I got no knuts and I'm confused, because I thought I had. Is there a place that lists how to earn them?

In summary, you usually get knuts for being a top sorter, participating in main community & in-house contests, hih_insomniacs and hh_stmungos. Activities in hh_clubs don't earn any knuts.
