I have just a question: shouldn't the sidebar be on the left and the userpics on the right?
I think this can be changed here: Custom options --> Sidebar.

But like reira_21 said, how come the sidebar's on the right? I think it messes up the whole layout. If you don't have the time, I could modify it for you, if you want.
