Finally there's the totals by community. This is good to look at to see how the houses compare in individual communities rather than overall.
The other two charts are easy to read. The knuts chart lists the knuts people earned for this month. The activity chart lists people and how active they were over the term. Activity is measured by how many activities someone participates in.

Date: 2007-09-05 01:11 am (UTC)You're entered on the spreadsheet that contains the points 3 times, that's what your activity count should be. Any other times apparently weren't entered.
Something might have gone slightly awry with the counting of this data, I'll have to check the program I use to do that. I'm still developing the java application, it has the odd few bugs :)

Date: 2007-09-05 12:58 am (UTC)In the Points chart, you basically look at your House column. It breaks down into the various activities available (Sorting, In-House contests, HP_stillness, etc). Your name will be beside every one you did, usually along with the points you earned. The only exception to this is Sorting; you'll only be listed there if you made Top Sorter that week. Just check out the things you remember doing and make sure you got your points for them. Sometimes there are typos or misread lists, and we all want to make sure we got our points.
In the Knuts Chart, just look for your name. (They're alphabetical.) Just make sure the number is roughly equal to what you'd expect to get for your activities. If you did a lot but have a really low number, point it out to make sure you get your knuts.
Activity Chart just lists how many things you participated in, for the sake of awarding Top Participant (or whatever the title is, lol). Again, check your name, see if it's about right, etc...
