You should probably also remind people that;

03. If you've No Vote'ed an applicant, and they've elaborated, please delete the No Vote and repost the comment with the house you think they belong in. Do not place second comments under the original No Vote.

You're right, they should know... but I noticed a few people replying to their prior comments to revote, and I figured that the rule is in place to make things easier for the mods, so... yeah. :D People need to be reminded of things all the time. xD;

For me. It's there to make it so I'm not counting and there's a vote and then there's another vote and it's the same person and I'm confused for all of five seconds trying to figure things out.
