Discussion #1 - Polar
Sep. 2nd, 2009 09:58 am(I want to post some social discussion questions here; if this is a problem, please send me a message, and I'll shut up.)
In honor of the Dramione and Drinny and Salga fans, I thought I'd open up a discussion on cross-House 'ships in other fandoms--so here, in a sentence to a short paragraph, you can introduce your favorite non-HP canon 'ship whom you'd sort into two different houses (any two different houses.)
For instance:
Eve Dallas/Roarke (JD Robb's 'In Death' series) - Eve is a Gryffindor with a side of honey badger, and Roarke is probably the world's most delicious Slytherin. She's a homicide cop, brave and edgy and sharp and built to stand for the voiceless and the helpless because she was once voiceless and helpless, and even though she knows it's not perfect, she believes in the law; and he's a slick who spent his life thumbing his nose at that law, a former victim himself who taught himself to be no one's patsy--he's spent thirty years determined to get and have and own and control, and he's uber-smooth and clever and patient and focused on not being trapped in the past.
Anyone else want to play?
