This is the HiH Leaving Post. Please comment if you have decided to drop out of the community, for whatever reason, so that we can mourn the loss and update various rosters accordingly (such as the Gringotts vault list and your House's members list!).

Replying to this post and leaving the communities will not perma-ban you, though! You are welcome to rejoin us if/when you decide to come back. You can rejoin your House or choose to be re-sorted.

I feel really bad, since I've only been in the community for about a month, but I have to leave. School's getting pretty intense, and I don't have time, blah blah; you've probably heard it a million times.

I also have a character in TG--Charlotte Stone charlotte_stone. If you all would like to do anything with her, like kill her or whatever for any reason, just let me know and I can do a scene. Otherwise, I'll just go ahead and delete her LJ account, and she will cease to be.

Again, I'm really sorry. Hopefully I'll be back someday!

Hey there,

I'm leaving HiH cuz I realized that my interest in Harry Potter has been on the decline for months now and has gone to an ammount that I'd read the books and watch the movies, but would no longer consider myself that much of a fan that I'd be an addition to the community. I'm sorry! Also, my RL is really packed with many many things at the mo'.

Bleh, sorry about the roster. I didn't realize there wasn't a clear post for this sort of thing. Rosters are done individually in the houses, I don't know if they were that way a year ago, but they were just updated about a month ago. (Hm, I probably should fix the title on this one, too, since we ended up not making a new one due to the low number of replies.)


However, I'd be glad to have you back if you wish to join! I don't see where it'd be a problem. Do you want to be resorted or would you like to rejoin the Ravenclaws?

Alright, I admit it. I have to leave. It has been over a year since I've been active in this community and though I was absolutely obsessed with it for a while, school has refused to share me with the Internet. By the time I was ready to come back things had changed and it wasn't like I used to remember HiH. *sigh*
I'm sorry. I'd rather not be on hiatus when I know I can't come back to HiH as an active member.

I LOVED this community and I still do. Trust me, it took me a month just to get enough courage to do the "leaving post."

I'm afraid I'll be leaving HiH for now. I might come back, but I just haven't been active and I know that school next semester is going to bring more work than this semester did, so I don't activity coming in the near future.

Good luck to everyone still participating, and someday I hope that I'll come back and play again. It's been fun!

As you probably already know, I've had to take a long and most likely permanent hiatus from HogwartsisHome. I've moved across the state to be with my boyfriend; and if that wasn't enough of a life upheaval, between my work schedule (rotating 12 hour shifts) and my internet access being spotty at best(I'm only able to access it here at the public library), I came to the realization that I just couldn't give HogwartsisHome and Gryfflions the time and attention I needed to. Of course I haven't been able to get on here and make this post for a month, if that tells you anything about how my schedule has been lately! I've gone into internet withdrawal. ;) I'm going to miss each and everyone of you, and when we're able to get internet access at home in the future (long story) I hope to come back. Go go lions!!!!!!!!

I really hate to do this but I must leave HIH. I no longer have the time to devote myself to this wonderful community. I am in my last semester in school and will be moving shortly so all of my time and efforts must focus to that.
