Can we make suggestions about the icons? I'd like to vote for the last set, but only if the text is made more visible. If it's possible to have that happen were it to win, that's what I'd vote for.

I'm not sure how it works, but I'd rather vote for something with more visible position text if it's not possible. It's difficult for me to read it on my screen.

...well, you can make the suggestion, of course, but that doesn't mean that everyone will agree with you, so it might or might not be changed...

Can I make a suggestion too?

For the next Officials icontest, can we have everyone upload the icons to http://www.tinypic.com instead? Simply because that image host distorts and replaces the filename of the image into numbers and letters. Right now, most of the icons are hosted on either a domain name that we all know is owned by a member of the community, or their photobucket username is the same as their username.

I just think that would help to make the votes completely fair and unbiased. Since the winner does get extra points to their own house, and people could (I'm not saying they would, but if they do, they could) easily just check the image url, know who submitted and simply vote on that person just because etc.

Just my two cents. :)

I agree. Because right now I can tell who made at least half of these.
