This Order sponsored activity is for promoting house unity and interhouse friendships.

How Shout Outs work: Pick a member from each house at HiH and tell everyone why you like them, congratulate them on something, tell them you liked a story/fanart /sig tag/ club activity they posted. Tell someone they are a great friend, an awesome housemate, or a butt kicking mod/club leader. You may do this as many times as you like, as long as each time you pick one member from each house to keep the love even. So all you have to do is pick one person from every house, and say something nice about them. You don't have to be friends, or even know the person very well to say something nice. All it takes is a little thought to make someone feel good.
