yeah me too. I kinda picture her as being really thin, with long stringy blonde hair, HUGE eyes... not really as pretty as #1, but not as cherubic as #2...

I don't like either. They don't look misty or boggled enough to play Luna...and while others have said it before, but I'll say it again: the girl behind door number one looks like Nicole Richie. Not good.
I pictured Luna very thin and fey-like, with long, kinda tangley hair and a perpetual bemused expression. Neither girl has that.

...but between the lesser of two evils, I'll go with girl 2. And this is going to sound rude, but I hope she can lose some of that baby fat from her face. She just doesn't look right.

Jessica is much better looking, but Luna's not gorgeous and Laura's eyes are bigger and she looks more other-worldly I guess.

Oh dear. I always picture luna to be tall, thin or almost frail, with long blond hair. Jessica is a complete barbie doll while Laura looks like the end result of Neville Longbottom and a gender change.

These two girls were 'two of the few' that were selected to be put on the short list.

They are NOT the two final candidates. They were simply two that focus was put on, to make things more interesting in the media scope of things.

The first girl is very pretty and COMPLETELY wrong for Luna. Eyeliner? Done correctly? Not Luna.

The second girl is better, but not great. They are ruining my mental image of Luna.

Personally, I prefer the girl I sat next to on the plane from Dublin. She was much closer to how I thought Luna should look. Or my friend Sarah should do it. She'd be a perfect Luna. ^^

I'm still hopeful for both of them, because the actress will probably look much different with hair/makeup/costume and while actually acting. I'ts not really fair to judge their looks or personality now when they aren't acting the part.

For the record, this is how I imagined Luna Lovegood...like the girl from Recess. =)

hehe, I vote for this one as Luna :P. That moreso fits my image of her. The two in the poll look absolutely nothing like Luna to me either, but yeah, Sirius nor Lupin weren't like I imagined them even IN costume, but they actually ended up being all right for me (though I still prefer my imagination). It's hard to say how they'd be as Luna in costume, although the most I can say to my best guess is the second one seems she'd work out the better.

i dont like either of them but if i absolutely HAD to choose i go with the second one....... although she looks more like neville's sister than anything. i pictured her the same as all the other descriptions here....personally i think my sister could do better, only problem is that 1)she is not nearly old enough and is too short and 2) she's not exactly british.......we do have some british blood in us but seeing as we live in america, we couldnt exactly pass as british........well i could....i pick up accents really fast.....but now i am rambling so i should shut up....this is what happens when i am bored and tired.....so yah heres a link to a picture of my sister(or at least a head shot of her):

I've got to go with the neither vote as well (though I did choose the top one as she looks older, more the age I imagine Luna).

Where did you find this out at? I'm now mildly depressed, as Luna is my favorite character and neither of those girls, in my mind, are what Luna should look like.
