Clue 4: Congrats you found this clue but darn it Scrimgeour slipped out the back door. We hear he's heading to the Department of International Magical Cooperation. Turns out back in 2009 there was something called Dragon*Con and there was a magical cooperation meet up with some Hogwarts members.
