The Applications for Heads of Clubs are officially closed as of right now. I will be going to look over them at this very moment, and I will repost the available positions, should any remain. Good luck to all of you who applied!

Please note that if you applied to be a Registered Animagus, we are trying very hard to get to you. I know that you can't see the comments as they are screened, but just to let you know there are three pages full! It's very exciting to see the activity, but just be patient. Also note that you will only be allowed to reapply once, and this is only under my reign. Once the Leader is chosen, he/she may not let you reapply at all.

We've already registered six talented animagi! :) A list will be posted in the next community update.

My Contest will be starting up this Monday -- so start sharpening your... Trivia Skills!! That's right! We only had one Trivia Contest, a very long time ago, and it's time to have another.

aphrodite__ and anodein82, please join animagus_board to help out with the Animagus club. Either myself or the new Club Leader will approve you as soon as possible. Thank you!

Please take note: No IDs will be allowed to have clubs listed unless you are a member of said club. Same goes for Animagus listings. Old ID tags will be allowed for use until the next Hogsmeade weekend, where it is reccomended that you purchase a new one with the appropriate information on it.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT concerning SIG TAGS!!

Hello there, students of hogwartsishome!

This is your (lovely) Co-Mod speaking.

Recently, we have noticed that many of you are using sig-tags. This is great! We are happy that you identify enough with this community to actually put so much effort and time into making these things!

We have come to the conclusion, however, that concerning these sig tags, some rules have to be made in order not to restrict the quality of voting and moving around the community pages.

Many sig tags are of a size that makes it hard for people on a dial-up/isdn to load the pages (especially the applications) in a reasonable time.

That is why we decided to set a limit to the size of sig tags allowed in this comm and the sister comms (such as hh_sugarquill, platform_934 etc):

300x170px and 40k (you can reduce the size in kb by saving the sig tag as a .gif file, par example)

Example:
<-- this is exactly 300 px wide and 170 px high, and has only 14k.

Remember, these are the limits, anything smaller is most welcome!


You have until March 25th to resize your sig tags if they are too big; after this date, sig tags that are bigger than the allowed size will result in point deduction. :)
