As some of you may or may not have noticed, new rules have been added to the userinfo page. I would particularly like to emphasize this one:
11. When voting, do not bring in off topic remarks about the applicant. If they believe one thing, then fine. You don't have to make note that you disagree with them. Do not insult applicants, by calling them selfish or ignorant. If their answers are too short and you need more information before voting, then simply ask them to elaborate. Do not insult their answers. This falls under the starting drama category.
I'd like you all to keep this in mind. Examining their answers is fine; however, applications are not the place for debates and not only is it rude to make personal attacks in comments, it can be construed as taunting given our no reply rule. If you find a comment in an application or made by a voter to be particularly offensive, you're quite welcome to e-mail me or another moderator. :)
Thank you,
Kristi, Ravenclaw
