General Reminder

I've noticed lots of new members forgetting to sign when they vote, and just sticking another comment in under their original one, so I decided to make a reminder/post to let you guys know what the deal is. It's really tough to go through all those comments, and to have to click on the threads to see what House you're in. So, if you forget to sign, please delete your previous comment, and just make a new one! :)

I don't know if this is appropriate to state here, but it does relate to commenting/sorting.

In the wake of a recent application, I think we need to state something in the rules about trying to be understanding with people that don't speak English as their first language. After learning a bit of several other languages, I have seen how difficult English can be to non-native speakers and I feel that perhaps some members jump straight to a "no vote" when the applicant simply doesn't know how to express themselves very well in English.
