Have you ever ridden horses through a rainstorm?
Or a lion through a busy street bazarre?
There are many things I'd love to turn you onto
But somehow I feel they're safer where they are
-from Without Expression by John Mellencamp
And now we're grown up orphans
That never knew their names
We don't belong to no one
That's a shame
But if you could hide beside me
Maybe for a while
And I won't tell no one your name
-from Name by The Goo Goo Dolls
In lonely watches night by night
Great visions burst upon my sight,
For down the stretches of the sky
The hosts of dead go marching by.
- from Requiescant by Fredrick George Scott
Ah, distinctly I remember it was in the bleak December,
And each separate dying ember wrought its ghost upon the floor.
Eagerly I wished the morrow;- vainly I had sought to borrow
From my books surcease of sorrow- sorrow for the lost Lenore-
For the rare and radiant maiden whom the angels name Lenore-
Nameless here for evermore.
-from The Raven by Edgar Allen Poe
Please submit your entry in a comment to this post; All entries are due in one week -- by Wednesday, September 7th at noon EST. Good luck to you all!!

Scene:
GoF, p. 108 - A crowd of wizards, tightly packed and moving together with wands pointing straight upwards, was marching slowly across the field. Harry squinted at them... they didn't seem to have faces ... then he realised that their heads were hooded and their faces masked.

Summary: This is taken during OOTP. Harry is thinking about Snuffles/Sirius (obviously) and how it's getting harder and harder to keep him a secret.
