Date: 2005-07-07 05:45 pm (UTC)But no one ever really thought it would happen.
There was a large possibility of me being on the Edgeware Road train. I'm still in shock.
I hope everyone else from London is ok, I'm on aim if anyone feels like talking about it.

I pray for everyone else...

Date: 2005-07-10 08:35 pm (UTC)Having said that, I agree totally with what Paul Wells said on weblog.macleans.ca - "If you were a fanatic murderer who liked to flatter yourself on your knowledge of history and you wanted to terrorize a population, could you possibly choose a worse target than the people of London?" (quoted in Saturday's The Times).
It's like the Blitz, or the IRA campaign of the 70s/80s again - we're juts getting on with it. And we don't know what restrictions there will be, or what diversions we'll have to make, to get to and from the office, but we'll get on with it, because if we don't then they have won. And they will not win.
