The Month in Review

Officials applications here!! They're only up for a few more weeks. Participation has been absolutely outstanding -- I am ecstatic about us starting the new term! :)

On June 9th, the user info and Rules were revamped and amended; if you haven't looked at them yet, it is highly suggested that you do so. The rule of participation will be put into effect over the weekend, and if you haven't participated this month you will be removed from all of the subsidiary communities and put on a "Suspended List". All you'll need to do to regain access is to participate the next month. :)

The Ravenclaw House so graciously wished the HiH Family a Happy Birthday here! We've been growing ever since, and will continue to do so! *throws confetti for HiH*

sortedchallenge is finally back up and working! It was MIA for a very long time (since before the big move), and now we've regained control and it's better than ever. :)

Our Music Club has given us the most wonderful gift of a School Song! :) You can see it here.

hihnow_playing has been doing... SO well. There are no words to express how amazing this community has been doing. If you haven't created your character yet, we highly encourage you to join in the fun!! Don't worry if you don't know anyone -- just jump right in and we'll make sure you have a blast. This past month alone we had over two-thousand comments. Amazing, you guys.

Destiny's Drabble-a-thon at the Sugarquill returned an amazing response! Thank you to all that entered. :)

A voting reminder was put up this month regarding Muggle votes vs. No Vote's. Remember -- Muggle Votes are for those that are blatantly pushing! No Votes are used for everything else -- from rule-breaking (this includes house-bashing!) to simply not having enough info. If an applicant has plenty of info but you still don't get a general feel, try your best to place them. We're a canon community -- we don't want to turn people away for any reason except blatant lies and pushes. :) Also remember to keep your harsher opinons to yourself in your votes.

Congratulations to Ravenclaw and Gryffindor, who both won their Quidditch matches this month! The matches were close, and so all of you hard-working Quidditch players (on all teams!) deserve a huge pat on the back. *applauds*
