Text Contest!

Hi all! It's that time again. Now that i have everything up to date...I'm here with the latest text contest!

This is one for all you poets out there (or anyone that can come up with a good rhyme.)
As it's almost Valentine's Day...I'm becoming the schools very own Gilderoy Lockhart to boost the participation and morale of all the students. In doing so, you all will be able to write your own singing Valentine!
The rules are simple. You can make the Valentine out to any of the students, ghosts, or staff of Hogwarts. It must rhyme in some way, what ever poetic styling you choose. It can't be more then 50 words or 8 lines of poetry (which ever comes first). That's it. Also, just because I love you guys so much I'll throw this bonus in for you. You may do two poems, but only if one is for a student and one is for a ghost or a staff member. I'm looking foward to seeing what all you Snape lovers have to say about him...hahaha and a few Valentine's to a certain toilet loving ghost might cheer her up.......or flood the bathroom even more.

As an example, here is Ginny's Valentine to Harry from CoS:

His eyes are as green as a fresh pickled toad,
His hair is as dark as a blackboard.
I wish he was mine, he's really divine,
The hero who conquered the Dark Lord.


(As you can see...I'm using book 2 a lot lately...)


Now...get to writing. You all have until next Thursday which is the 17th to get your entries in. For those of you new to the contests all you have to do is post your entry or entries into a comment to this post. DON'T FORGET TO INCLUDE YOUR HOUSE OR YOU WILL LOOSE THE PARTICIPATION POINTS YOU EARN FOR YOUR HOUSE JUST FOR ENTERING!!!!! All comments are screened, and then next Friday a poll will be posted for everyone to vote for their favorite Valentine. All entree's are welcome (even those from officials cause there's no way I'm letting this one go without participating XD.)



Any questions just leave a comment and I'll get to it as soon as possible, or you can IM me on AIM at goddessjuppy (which might be a better choice since thats the only thing really working still on my computer).
